Advice selling my mustang

Hello everyone,I have a 2007 mustang V6 with pony package. Manual transmission. It has 177,000kms on it (109,000 miles). I’m selling it as I’ve upgraded. I’m the first and only owner. Mechanically it’s great but has a few cosmetic issues on it. It has a hole in the drivers seat about 2 inches by 2 inches, chipped paint on the bumper about the size of half the palm of a hand and a cracked windshield. Otherwise it’s in good shape. The car has treated me so well. I have it listed at $3900 CDN (about $2900 USD) but can’t seem to sell it. I’ve gotten over 100 emails and messages about it but I either get super low ball offers or nobody follows through. I’m wondering if this sounds like a fair price to you??? The most serious offer I have on it right now, and the guy won’t leave me alone, is $3000 CND (about $2200 USD). The guy just wants to use it as a car for this summer and then sell it.
